gc666 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gc666 platform, including the website at gc666.bet, all associated games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonus programs, and any other features or services provided by gc666 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gc666 ("gc666", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

gc666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

Eligibility

Access to gc666 and use of its services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. gc666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent or consultant of gc666, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with gc666 or any other gambling operator that covers the gc666 Platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

gc666 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit activity on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. gc666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds.
• Deposits made using a bonus code or promotional credit are subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of the promotion. Depositing alone does not activate a bonus — players must opt in where required.
• gc666 reserves the right to reverse any deposit if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or use of a payment method not registered in the player's name.

Withdrawal Rules

gc666 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳200,000 per day. Higher limits may be available for VIP players subject to individual account review.
• Withdrawals are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an incomplete rollover will result in the withdrawal being declined.
• gc666 processes verified withdrawals within 3–5 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high traffic or scheduled maintenance, processing times may extend to up to 24 hours. gc666 will notify affected players where delays are anticipated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gc666 Platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent account termination with forfeiture of funds.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Opening or operating more than one gc666 account, whether under your own name or any alias, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about hands or game states in real time, or otherwise manipulate the result of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. gc666 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

gc666 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction at any time. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily restricted from making withdrawals. gc666 will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to the affected player via the registered contact details.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gc666 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In particular, gc666 is not liable for the following.

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including losses sustained as a result of technical errors, interrupted connections, or incorrect bet placement by the player.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any game or service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory requirement, or any other reason outside gc666's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if gc666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gc666's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments and Governing Law

gc666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gc666 will provide reasonable notice to registered players before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through gc666's internal complaints process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. gc666 will cooperate fully with any such process.
